Basics of Yoga

Want to start practicing yoga and not sure where to start? Or do you already practice, but you’re not sure about the connection between posture and breath? Then this series is for you!

You Will:
• Learn about what yoga is and the different ways it can be approached, as well as some Yogic philosophy
• Learn basic yoga asana (physical postures) and appropriate alignment for your body
• Discover your own strengths, limitations and needs
• Learn how to connect your breath with body movement
• Get personal attention to develop a practice that is most beneficial for you – in an authentic, nonjudgmental,
and nurturing environment
• Gain a better understanding of your body and mind, confidence, flexibility, deeper breath capacity, and more!
