Summer Restorative Yoga Workshop with Bryanne Senor

Spring is a vibrant time of growth and expansion. Summer begins June 21st and will only continue to draw your senses open with its fiery, active energy. This workshop will give you space to intentionally align with these seasonal changes and qualities.


We will begin with a breathing and meditation practice, followed by a brief and slow warm-up – and then some time for journaling and/or to set intentions for the season.


After this time for reflection and gently awakening the body, we will come into stillness – finding 6-8 postures for 5-7 minutes at a time. The poses will all be on the floor and supported by as many props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) as you need to feel completely comfortable, passive, and relaxed.


Intentionally carving out time for yourself in this way can have profound and healing effects on physical, energetic, and emotional levels. This gentle and inward practice can also help you balance with the outward pull of summer.
