This January take time to mindfully and purposefully enter into a New Year – into a year that means the most to you – without attachment or judgement. In this series, we’ll approach the idea of “New Year’s resolutions” from a yogic perspective by setting intentions that are from the heart and allowed to blossom into fruition without trying to control the final outcome. It will include asana, journaling, meditation, and sweet rituals to nurture your dreams!


Week 1: You don’t know where you are going, until you know where you’ve been – 2017 reflections and recapitulation
Week 2: Getting clear – Identifying and envisioning your intentions for 2018
Week 3: The nitty gritty – Clearing the biggest blocks to your best intentions
Week 4: Manifesting like a boss (or…yogi) – How to realize your intentions and put your vision into action
