200 Hour – YTT

Veda Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

with Allison Dennis & Ros Schwartz

Assisted by Holly Schmidt

 S01-YA-SCHOOL-RYS-200

This course is a deep investigation into yoga and the Self. Along the way you will learn the necessary tools for teaching a yoga asana class that is aligned with your personality, intentions and the ancient philosophical and fundamental teachings of yoga. One of the main components to this course is helping you to develop a daily practice of yoga, which for many of us means a home practice. You will be asked to practice yoga (non-obsessively) with body and breath for at least 7 minutes every day. You will also learn yoga philosophy from the traditional texts. The intention is to help you find YOUR yoga so that you can access it easily and teach it truthfully.
