Holly Schmidt

I initially came to yoga with the ever-pervasive goal of getting sleek, bendy, and a little less high-strung. While I was able to make some progress towards those things, my real breakthrough came when I found yoga to be a powerful tool for creating more harmony and connection between my body, breath, and mind. It continues to be an invaluable mechanism for hitting the pause button on my buzzing, intellectualizing brain and arriving into felt experience. My classes focus on breath-based movement, body awareness, and developing a playful relationship between our inner dualities as human beings. We’ll work to develop balance between effort and contentment, with the open invitation to develop your own intuition around your practice.
